“We ask for a general management of heritage and reinforced architecture”

Before talking about your meeting with Rachida Dati. upstream of the National Convention on the Order of Architects, at the end of June in Lille, I would like to know how the event organized by the Order took place?

Christophe Millet : The National Convention was a real success, a moment of cohesion between “we ask general management heritage elected officials. Artificial intelligence has also been discussed, notably by Olivier Henno.

Speaking of the Senate. the latter adopted unanimously, at first reading, the registration of the rehabilitation in the 1977 law on architecture as an act of public interest, in March 2025. Did you speak about rehabilitation with the Minister?

During the presentation in February of the national strategy for “we ask general management heritage architecture 2025-2029. during the presentation of the presidential program “Quartier de Tomorrow”, the Minister of Culture recalled that behind each project, it takes an architect. She carries a political ambition on this subject. In the CNOA. in collaboration with the various ministries and their services, we are trying to implement this policy aimed at preserving the identity of the territories in the face of climate change and the transfer of architecture.
