The crazy story of the hidden children of Tim Laurence, the husband of Princess Anne

First new or gross error? This is the question that many Internet users asked themselves on August 13 by reading the 75 anecdotes unveiled by the palace on the life and work of Princess Anne. The first part of this list, entitled “Young years and family life”, retraces his childhood, his education in a Kent boarding school, his official debut in the service of the crown but also the great moments of his private life: his first marriage to Mark Phillips, the birth of his children Peter and Zara, his second wedding … then, at number 14 of the list, appears une improbable “breaking news”.

“His Royal Highness also has two Beaux-Enfants from his second marriage to Sir Timothy Laurence, Tom and Amy Laurence” Is it written black on white. The most informed royal observers are not long in reacting. “Tom and Amy Laurence? Either I went crazy, or Sir Tim Laurence has hidden children” is surprised the very very that of the royal thing Gertrude Daly on X. “I am almost sure that it is a mistake, but how can such a thing happen?”

And if he had still had two children, they would most likely have attended her royal wedding with Anne in 1992, as those of Camilla did in 2005.
