France Télévisionsalongside France 3 Grand Estrenews its partnership with the City of Nancyaimed at supporting THE BOOK ON THE PLACE that will take place in Nancy on September 12, 13 and 14.

mentor Book lovers, we offer youAssist with laughter, a reading by Guillaume Galliennepresident of the 47th edition of the book on the square, of texts full of anger and others of bursts of laughter. Reading extracts of texts by Victor Hugo, Marcel Proust, Marguerite Duras, Gabriel García Márquez, as well as extracts from her story The Brume drinker (Stock). We meet you at theLorraine National Opera on Saturday September 13 at 3 p.m. !

First National Literary Back Salon, THE BOOK ON THE PLACE is organized by the city of Nancy in connection with the association of booksellers “Read in Nancy”, under sponsorship, since its creation in 1979 of the Goncourt Academy.

At the heart of the 18th century space listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site by UNESCO, it is every year in Nancy for 3 days that besides, publishers, journalists give the start of the literary prize season. Completely free event, it offers a very large audience a unique, eclectic program, around nearly 200 writers. Romans, essays, comics, all genres are represented.

Guillaume Gallienneeclectic actor, daring and writer, the 513rd member of the Comédie-Française, will be the President of the 47th edition from the book on the square on September 12, 13 and 14, 2025.

The book is a party, the book on the square is its case.
