Belinda Bencic (WTA 20) was stopped in the 16th finals of the WTA 1000 from Montreal Friday. The Tokyo 2021 Olympic champion bowed 6-7 (5/7) 6-2 6-3 ahead of Karolina Muchova (WTA 14).
