Prada: Sibylline chic among zinnias

Finally, the Miu Miu daughter found the ideal companion. It is his great cousin Prada, who, like Miu Miu, is displayed in micro-shorts and chew dress, exposing tons of flesh and attitude.

Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons, the two creators of Prada, did not miss ideas for this spring-summer collection presented during a sunny Sunday in Milan. In particular by combining tracksuit pants with finely cut super 100 woolen blazers. It is a mixture that may often seem neglected, but unique band pants and impeccable jackets have given a lot of pep to the whole.

The atmosphere was nonchalant, even romantic, thanks to the last development of the immense Prada exhibition space. An open hall dotted with black and white carpets cut in the shape of flowers – poppies, zinnias or azaleas. Ample shirts taking up the same pattern, but in bright colors, added to the impression of an offbeat summer.

At the opening of the parade, young men wore nylon shorts raised like bloomers, or were simply dressed in cotton shirts associated with leather jackets of the “Ranch” type, without any pants in sight. At the same time, military shirts or green braided sweaters from NATO – both cut like dresses – were accompanied by a new series of thick backpacks, none of them being in the characteristic black.

The leather jackets one eyed jacks waxy, Mexican style, roughly sewn, worn with yellow supervising pants with unique band, were the most noticed. Thousands of trendy men will want it.

Half of the mannequins paraded with spanner bell hats, often worn with sunglasses with white edges. A wacky attitude, given the crisp soundtrack – a series of songs from the KLF situationist legends, which vary from stadium house music to what looks like whale ruckers.

These are the ideal clothes for the new Prada – increasingly a K -Pop star or a member of a boys band Thai, if we believe the first row.

A memorable parade for sure, but a somewhat strange vision. A point of view supported by the Sibylline notes of Miuccia and Raf, resolutely spartan and lapidary.
