Paléo Côté Plaisir: the ardor of Jean-Louis Aubert and the Summone of Will Smith
Two celebrities, two styles. But two happy and touching moments for the ASSE public.

The time machine had an appointment with the big stage of the Paléo on Wednesday evening. First in the company of Jean-Louis Aubert, singer and phone guitarist which roamed a repertoire of almost half a century.
Despite his 70 spring, the Frenchman has kept an intact enthusiasm and especially this slightly acute and nasal voice which rejuvenates him, by far, almost 40 years. The musician gives himself without reservation, as an experienced guitarist rushing into electric cavalcades, which reassure everyone on his state of health, after an operation with a heart open in 2021.

The heart of Jean-Louis Aubert is still as large, but he also sometimes beats calmly when he sits behind a white piano for milder moments, more collected. His texts would not all win a poetry competition, but they always betray a sincerity on edge.
Jean-Louis Aubert is this normal guy, more than nice, who has passionately hits some irresistible melodies and catchphrases. The phone tubes, many on the menu, like “the human bomb” or “too expensive money”, make a misfortune in a dense crowd which tanks according to the good feelings of a singer whose impulses sometimes recall those of a Higelin. Final with “That (it’s really you)” and the obvious “here it is over”. A beautiful communion with the Paléo audience, by a regular at the meeting.

Will Smith has never come, but everyone is waiting for him on midnight. The case looks like a joke. The past of the success of the successful actor dates from almost forty years, but his stature as a star and the rare simultaneous concerts (that of Johnny Jane at the Club Tent will not survive it …) amass the bulk of the troops in front of the big stage.
Everyone wants to attend this unexpected return, probably caused by a need for recognition After his blacklisting for his slap at Chris Rock in 2022 at the Oscars.
Will Smith, Jouasse as “Prince of Bel-Air”

Some do not know his debut with DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince, this pseudo which will earn him to turn in the sitcom focused on his character, “the prince of Bel-Air”. But everyone knows the actor and that is enough to return, in the words of the MC himself, during the period “of an old school hip-hop”, stamped 80’s-90’s, where the rapper then still planted platinum records.
The sports dancers and the ghettoblast drawn in lines of colored neon on the background operate a radical rejuvenation cure to launch “Gettin ‘Jiggy Wit It” or, in conclusion, a “summertime” of circumstances. Will Smith, who carries his almost 57 years sportingly, does the job with conviction and, apart from a teaching time of pseudo-sages invoking actor James Avery, wins his paleo, hilarious and stirring.
