Consequently,
Nick suzuki elected 28th best:
What would be your ranking of the best attackers from the whole national hockey league?
It is a clearly pleasant exercise to do. In addition, and it’s always interesting to compare different lists to see what different people think.
The exercise becomes all the more interesting when a classification takes into account the opinions of several thousand people.
Well. For example, as every year, this is the exercise that the X/Twitter Jfresh account performs, when it takes the time to count the votes of its subscribers in order to carry out a classification of the best attackers.
He also does it normally for defenders, guards and obviously all the players put together.
This generally gives us a fairly good idea of the state of the forces in the NHL. However, because more than 8,300 hockey supporters vote and were therefore able to give nick suzuki elected 28th best their opinion.
It is therefore interesting then to see globally how the various NHL supporters assess the various attackers. In addition, and especially those of the Montreal Canadian.
Well, looking at Jfresh ‘list, we notice that Nick Suzuki appears in 28th.
Who are the top forwards in the NHL?
Over 8.3K of you participated, voting in over 665K matchups. Similarly, Here’s your list.
1. However, Connor McDavid
2. In addition, Nathan MacKinnon
3. Similarly, Leon Draisaitl
4. Nikita Kucherov
5. Aleksander Barkov pic.twitter.com/48AXkYb6Sj— JFresh (@JFreshHockey) July 13. 2025
It is a respectable position for the CHU captain who has just known his best career season with 89 points, including 30 goals, in 82 games.
It is clear that I would have seen Suzuki climb a few rows. position themselves in front of guys like Tim Stützle, Nico Hischier and perhaps even Brady Tkachuk, but hey, it remains nick suzuki elected 28th best a great position for the number 14 of CH.
As for other tricolor attackers. well, in the top-100, we only find another, Cole Caufield, whose name appears in 53rd, just in front of a certain Jordan Kyrou (linked to CH via several rumors).
53ᵉ. it may be a little low for Caufield (which has just obtained 37 goals and 70 points), when he would have clearly deserved to find himself in the top-50, in front of guys like Andrei Svechnikov, JT Miller, Matthew Barzal and Nikolaj Ehlers.
Obviously, this is only my humble opinion, and you have the right to think differently than me.
Now. if we expand the list to see the 128 best NHL attackers according to this vote by supporters, we can see another player from CH, that of Juraj Slafkovsky in 115th.
We’ve been doing these fan ranking surveys since 2022.

What is also interesting with this second table is that we see the positions of each of his players in Jfresh rankings in the last four seasons.
So we see that Suzuki has only climbed in recent years. going from 70 to 28th since 2022, and winning 15 places since last season.
As for Caufield, he went back after having undergone a small fall from 70th to 74th between 2023 and 2024. He has now rose 21 since last season.
As for Slafkovsky, it has gone from 92nd to 115th in the 2023-2024 season.
In short, it is really interesting to analyze this ranking, not only for the players of the Habs.
We see a top-10 rather well decreed. and we also notice that the nick suzuki elected 28th best Champions of the Stanley Cup have five attackers in the top-50.
Florida panthers:
- Aleksander Barkov – 5e
- Matthew Tkachuk: 13e
- Sam Reinhart : 15e
- Sam Bennett : 43e
- Brad. Marchand : 45e
Let’s say they are not double Stanley Cup champions for nothing …
For the interested parties. I leave you here the list of attackers who have climbed the most and the most plummeted in this ranking since last year.

– I totally agree.
Power play goal leaders in the NHL this past season.
Jake Guentzel – 17
Leon Draisaitl – 16
Brayden Point – 16*Patrik Laine- 15
He only played 52 games.
I don’t care if it’s one dimensional. scoring goals on a team that’s always struggled to do so is a benefit. https://t.co/COTduauDtQ
