Small moment of loneliness for Jennifer Lopez in Istanbul. This week, the singer was denied access to a Chanel store in the Turkish metropolis, because the store had reached its maximum capacity. His world notoriety has therefore not allowed him to obtain a pass-by for luxury shopping.
The scene took place in Istinye Park, one of the most luxurious shopping centers in Istanbul, where the singer was shopping before her concert. When Jennifer Lopez wanted to enter the Chanel store, she was arrested by a security guard who told her that the store had reached its maximum capacity.
Not enough to offend the world star. According to local media, the singer simply replied: “Okay, no problem.” She then moved away to reach another shop. When the luxury store staff invited her to enter a little later, Jennifer Lopez refused the offer.
Shopping in competition
The singer did not let this incident spoil her shopping. She spent more than three hours in other luxury stores in the district, especially with the French brand Celine and the Turkish brand Beymen. She would have spent tens of thousands of dollars there.
Jennifer Lopez was in Türkiye for a concert. On August 5, she gave a concert as part of her “Up All Night” tour. At the end of July, she was already in the country, where she had given a concert to Antalya and celebrated her 56th anniversary. “You are all a real gift! Thank you for all your beautiful birthday wishes,” she wrote on Instagram at the time.
