Formula 1 is on vacation for four weeks. Despite the domination of the McLaren team pilots, the discussions are going well thanks to the Soapons Red Bull and Lewis Hamilton.

F1 has often been the scene of clashes between pilots of the same team. The collisions between teammates, as between Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber at Red Bull or between Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg at Mercedes, have remained in the memories.
Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris seem to break with this legacy of fratricidal duels. During the Grand Prix of Canada, Norris thoughtless maneuver caused a hanging. However, no discord, no poisoned climate. Above all, the McLaren team officials maintained their decision to “leave the way” to the two runners in the title race.
An impressive assessment
It is an additional sign that the stable no longer fears anyone. The Orange team won 11 Victories in 14 Grands Prix. She ensured 24 podiums out of 28 possible and has twice as many points in the team ranking that her first two pursuers gathered.
In the Red Bull camp, we have long hoped to have his say in the title race. Max Verstappen has maintained this hope, thanks to its victories at the Grands Prix of Japan and Emilie-Romagne. But the current gap of 97 points between the quadruple world champion and the leader in the pilot ranking, the Australian Oscar Piastri, sounded the death knell of the Dutch.
A complicated situation on the circuits which had concrete internal repercussions. The sidelining of the director of the Christian Horner team surprised, both by the time chosen and of the enthronement of French Laurent Mekies in his place. Even Verstappen seems to be prey to doubt, he who confirmed his presence in the stable next season until last week after several weeks when rumors sent him to Mercedes.
Hamilton grand perdant
In recent days, Lewis Hamilton has also been at the center of attention. Because he questioned himself as a pilot, that he qualified as “useless” and that he suggested to his superiors from the Scuderia Ferrari to change his pilot, many observers believe that the end of the career of the seven -time English world champion is close.
His stable has not yet won a Grand Prix this year. Second place in the team classification is only a meager consolation.
Finally, the Sauber team can be satisfied with the season. Valuable results in the last six racing weekends, with the third place of Nico Hülkenberg at the Grand Prix of Great Britain, testify to the right direction taken in Hinwil with the adaptations given to the car. All this auspicious before the passage under the Audi banner in 2026.
