“Les Petites Musiques” by Roland Buti, “The Wings Mechanics” by Chloé Falcy, “The Spring Perhaps” by Léna Furlan, “Le Match du siècle” by Philippe Lamon and “limestones” by Antoine Rubin are the five works in the running for the Prix du Livre de Lausanne. The public can vote until December 31 and the winner will be known on February 2, 2026.
Interviews with the authors will be organized at Platform 10 in Lausanne, followed by a signing session. Reading clubs around the selection are also on the program, not to mention the launch party on September 1 at the Sallaz Library.
Antennial places in French-speaking Switzerland are also the relay of the Prize and welcome meetings to discover the selection and exchange around the books, specifies the city of Lausanne on Wednesday in its press release.
Lausanne director and producer Lionel Baier is the godfather of this 12th edition. Launched in 2015, the Lausanne Book Prize rewards each of the authors in the running of the sum of 5000 francs. The winner or the winner is then welcomed for a one -month writing residence at the Château de Lavigny.
