One month before the start of training camps, several free agents with restriction have still not signed a contract with their respective team.
Among these, there are in particular the two players from Mason MCTAVISH and Marcha Rossi whose names have been associated with Canadians in summer rumors.
There is also the defender Luke Hughes, whose contract could serve as a comparison for that of Lane Hutson.
As I recently wrote about MCTAVISH, negotiations between a young player and his club can sometimes be difficult and leave consequences.

Last year, the goalkeeper still without contract had missed the Boston Bruins training camp in order to put pressure on the organization in the negotiations that were difficult for both parties.

The problem for players who choose this negotiation tactic is not only that they will not have the same level of preparation, but above all that they add the pressure to perform quickly, as much as the public as of the organization.
