Will he arrive at the ankle of Dark Vader? If the answer to this question is undoubtedly negative, Matt Smith will in any case try to make the minds of the spectators, since the actor signed to be one of the big bad guys in the next film Star Wars : Starfighter.

Indeed, according to our colleagues from the American site Deadline, the actor of Doctor Who and interpreter of Daemon Targaryen in the series House of the Dragon just agreed with Lucasfilm to join the film directed by Shawn Levy (Deadpool & Wolverine), and who will have Ryan Gosling (Barbie, Drive) headlining.
There is no detail on the specific role that Matt Smith will play, with the exception that he will be one of the antagonists of the feature film. The studio chose the actor to be “The next big bad thing in the Star Wars universe” After weeks of intensive casting for the role.

“This is an independent film. It is not a prequel, nor a suite. It is a new adventure that takes place at a time that has not yet been explored”said director Shawn Levy.
