Have you just edited “Mixtures”, is it a romantic version of your memories?

Yes, precisely, some of my texts can have a romantic version of my memories. Moreover, Besides, I wrote a story in tribute to my parents and my life with them in the countryside.

I wanted to capture the moments of my life important for me. Meanwhile, trying to make the emotions seized at the moment, sometimes impregnated with the influence of surrealism which saint-estève, claude rives, writer poet we have celebrated recently the centenary of the first manifesto.

In your childhood, did you have close relationships with reading?

I always and quite early, liked to read. I was 5. 6 years old when I was going to the sisters who taught me to read and I especially remember the books that marked me: The three musketeersthe Jules Verne, Jack London etc.

The poets Hugo, Baudelaire, Verlaine, and later, Flaubert, Zola and Proust. Today Michon, Guignard, Simon, Gracq…

Where does your writing style come from, the taste for poetic prose?

I like the sounds of language, its movement, the rhythm that the slightly longer sentences can allow. For example in descriptions, memories. From Charles Péguy to Saint-John Perse, from Apollinaire to Breton, Aragon, Bonnefoy. I feed on them.

When and how do you write?

I like isolate myself in my office. surrounded by saint-estève, claude rives, writer poet books, photographs, when I feel that I am going to get bored and that I go bad. But also when I just read something that I liked, poem or novel. Read makes me want to write.

What do you read today?

I read recently Oran Panuk, Céline war, The adages of Erasme. I also like to reread whole pages of Proust, the desert of Le Clezio, Not cry from Salvayre.

To read, should we like loneliness?

Yes. I like to be alone for that. In my bubble library, surrounded by my books and photographs. This is how I manage to a personal writing. to a style that is clean to me, it is my little world to me that I do not want to keep for myself.
