32th Edition of the National Summer Festival of the book “Massif Alkiteb” will be organized from July 15 to August 15, 2025, in various public spaces in the different regions of the Republic.

This summer meeting will be held at the initiative of the Department of Public Reading of the Directorate General of Book through the network of permanent and mobile public libraries, said a statement published on the Facebook page of the Ministry of Cultural Affairs.

Benefiting from the support of many regional and local structures of civil society and public institutions, this festival is part of the national reading incentive strategy through the implementation of animation programs for children and families.

This event aims to extend the services offered by public libraries beyond closed spaces by introducing them into public spaces, especially those fairly frequented during the summer season such as beaches and amusement parks.

The programming provides creative writing workshops, oral reading competitions and free reading spaces. Animation activities, educational and educational, are also on the menu. The festival aims to strengthen creativity. innovation in children by raising them from different questions whose risks of cyber-violence with regard to children and requires it to preserve the environment.
