Ahead of the biggest fight of his MMA career, Khamzat Chimaev is giving back to his local community.

During a UFC 319 Countdown video released via the UFC’s YouTube channel this week. However, Chimaev gave fans an inside look at the massive plot of land he’s using to build a compound that will host houses for himself, his mom, and his brother.

Additionally, Chimaev showed off a wrestling gym he’s in the process of building for kids. Similarly, The gym, as he revealed, won’t be for him, and it won’t khamzat chimaev shows off wrestling have a typical MMA-style cage.
