“Before, there were sometimes a few tables at 5 p.m. or 9:30 p.m. Today, even these time slots are almost all reserved, ”said Samantha Jin, responsible for public relations at the restaurant.

“Complete for the next few weeks”

When writing these lines, the calendar, which always opens 30 days in advance at midnight, is complete.

“We receive many more calls and emails, especially people who want to understand why there is no availability or who hope to find a table the same day. We always try to accommodate when possible, but right now, we are full for the next few weeks, ”she explains.

To succeed in having a place, the restaurant recommends activating the notification function on its website, which allows in case of cancellation to have a place at the last minute.

On social networks, the restaurant’s Instagram page has been gaining around 2000 new subscribers since Tuesday.
