This new campus, Unpublished in Normandywill welcome the first students from October 2, 2025. Meet Charly.

Why open a school in Normandy?

At the very beginning, I wanted to open the school in the Paris region, in Saint-Cloud. And then Bruno (fountain, with whom he opened this school, editor’s note), which is Ouistreham, told me about Caen. It’s a great city for this kind of school. There are needs and there are not in the region. Then the cost of living for a learner is not the same as in Paris and for us too in terms of rent. It must be said that Paris is not France and that there are a lot of networks for example on radio outside Paris.

Since when do you want to launch this school?

This is something that I have matured for a while. Me, I learned things in this job, the question is: what do I do with this knowledge? It is a pleasure to transmit to a young person to whom we will explain everything, to show him the different professions and to save him time by being well formed.

Who is this school for?

To everyone. Both to those who are in post-bac and those who want to change their lives because we have short training. There is also a business component for those who find it difficult to speak in public and who are not comfortable in front of a microphone.

What does a typical day look like in this new school?

Basically, learners will be on campus from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. In their day, they will have met at least four different trainers to learn the basics of radio and television professions: how we talk in a microphone, how to build sentences. There will also be a game on everything related to digital as well as the history of TV and radio. To stand out and enhance yourself, there are things that students must know. It is during the first year that the learners will discover themselves, then they will be able to specialize. There are also two months of internship between May and June to be at the heart of the profession.
