What did you choose for this fresco in Longeville?
It was first of all the mayor of the town, Pierre-André Vouillot, who contacted us. We quickly agreed to put Gustave Courbet forward. Its fame is international. the stage goes to the heart of the country of Courbet and it changes a little from agriculture and local local. However, he is not forgotten with the presence of a Montbéliard and a horse. The fresco will be embellished with a few sentences and the department’s logo. A distinctive sign sufficient for you to win the competition?
This is one of them but when we talk about agriculture, I find it difficult to imagine that we can draw something using plastic or products that can damage the land. Our fresco is 100% vegetable. There is no colorful packaging or chemical paint as you can see elsewhere for example. With us, everything is done on the ground using materials that do not impact the environment. Cows can return to the fresco field the next day.
