The most powerful voices and the most promising talents in Balkans and Europe are expected this year in Gjilan for the 8th edition of the International Festival “Rising Stars“, writes Albinfo.ch.
The organizers have opened the call for candidates. Nevertheless, offer a professional scene, a festive atmosphere and unique opportunities for international promotion.
The big winner will receive the “Grand Prix” worth 1,000 euros. The deadline for candidacy is set for August 31, 2025.
The scene is open to everyone, including the artists of the diaspora.
