Sylvain Casses, alias DJ Cassou, is the DJ of the Bodega Urgencia since 2001. From Wednesday August 13 in the evening, at the opening of the Feria, in front of some 2,500 people, he resumed his districts in the “cauldron”, an institution managed by the students in the 3rd year of the nursing school.
Feria, he has been practicing it since 2001. That year, Sylvain Casses, alias DJ Cassou, begins his story with Urgencia, the nursing school bodega. 24 years later, he is still there. And this Wednesday, August 13, he launched his Feria 2025 in front of some 2,500 people, gathered on the side of the Cirdoc car park where the Bodega Urgencia now settles. In this “cauldron”, as it is called, he did not hesitate to sail by inflatable boat on the public. For all, one watchword: the party!

In the City, this border, 48, is a teacher of EPS in Pézenas, at the agricultural high school Bonne-Terre. A job he keeps despite an activity in the exploding night world. “”I always wanted to keep my feet on the ground “he explains. At the start of the school year, he will go part-time in high school to cope because Sylvain Casses produces some 200 evenings with concept, thanks to the support of running teams in the summer (Extravaganza, Color Night, etc.)

The feria stays apart: “It’s the brink”. With a separate set: “There are songs that I only play in Urgencia as Santiano, Flame captain, Bayonnais Aviron… I never play them there, yes. ” And then, “It’s only feeling” but also confetti and a lot of speaking. “I take my foot”he concedes. “I like the brink, I love it, like I love sport, travel, life.”
Of course, physically, you have to prepare before, hydrate a lot for (from 11:30 p.m. to 3 a.m.) and know how to recover the next day in the morning.
