The mayor of Paris also underlines that this “Long and prestigious career and his humanist commitments had earned him the distinctions of knight of the Legion of Honor and arts officer”.
A commitment in politics and for overseas
As reminded The ParisianJacques Martial had started to invest in the capital by becoming the president of the public establishment of the Grande Halle de la Villette park between 2006 and 2015.
