While the audio book has largely imposed itself over time, the comic has so far remained away from this format. Bamboo editions have chosen to innovate by offering an audio version of two of their flagship series: The Sisters of William Maury et Christophe Cazenoveet The teachers of Pica et Erroc.
The first depicts the eventful daily of Wendy and Marine, two sisters as accomplices as it is turbulent, while the second crunches the adventures of colorful teachers in a difficult high school. In both cases, humor remains the common thread.
On August 27, young readers will therefore be able to discover these new objects combining the best gags in each series with QR Codes to be scanned to hear the characters.

An important draw
Before announcing this collection, Bamboo had initially concentrated audio adaptation on the only Sisterswhose cumulative sales exceed eight million copies. Doubled by Anaïs delva et Kelly Marrotthe two sisters are also in the spotlight of the eponymous cartoon broadcast since 2017.
On the side of Profssold in more than 7 million copies according to editions, we find in particular the voices of Benjamin Vandercasteele et Marc Wilhelm.
If the bet is ambitious, the house seems determined to raise it, with a draw of 30,000 copies for each of the two series. After this test phase and according to the reception of the public, Bamboo not only plans to continue the adaptation of Sisters and Profsbut also to extend the experience to other comics, such as Les petits mythos of Christophe Cazenove et Philippe Larbier.
