His pitch: for several years, little girls have disappeared at regular intervals in the evening, after school. One of them resurfaces after a few months, traumatized, weakened and mutic. Clara, child psychiatrist, insists on taking care of her, her own daughter having been removed in similar circumstances. Children have disturbing similarities. “By writing, I have the impression of repairing, doing justice, denouncing, or at least making people think about mistreatment, abuse and incest,” she explains.
