With its 85m² of floor space and a single bedroom, this bright, stylish apartment is a very comfortable home for its owner, a sophisticated single person. Designer Tatyana Ershova, from Kwite Interior, created the interior design in perfect harmony with its urban surroundings. Decorated in soothing natural tones that amplify its sense of space. it is perfectly suited to the lifestyle of its owner, an active man who loves sports and travel.
The fluted glass wall separating the bedroom from the living room breathes new life into this sometimes overly imposing structure. Here, with its light steel frame, design bright apartment 85m2 demanding it is almost unnoticeable, allowing light to flow freely between the spaces. The apartment. which was purchased new, required a complete overhaul of its original layout in order to become a spacious two-room apartment instead of the three rooms initially proposed.
