The kind of action remains one of the most popular, largely thanks to its natural alliance with blockbusters, guarantors of adrenaline rise. But by dint of reproducing the same patterns, many films eventually blend into a mold that has become standard. Conversely, those who try to get rid of it often struggle to make a place for themselves.
Hanna had everything to become a cult blockbuster
Certainly, a film like Hannareleased in 2011, is not a blockbuster, at least not in terms of budget, but it could easily have become so if he had not gone unnoticed at the time. This spectacular film, with a Ronan Saoirse in full Ascension, Eric Bana, Vicky Krieps or Cate Blanchett, is available on Netflix for a limited period, until July 31.
Hanna is a 16 -year -old teenager who is nothing like other girls her age. Since her childhood, her father, a former CIA agent, raised her in the Finnish nature with the intention of making her a perfect assassin. Suddenly, the moment will come when she will have to prove everything she learned. During a mission that will lead her through a part of Europe, Hanna will discover a wealth of information on herself and will begin to wonder if she is really human and if her origins are those she believed.

Hanna : a stylish thriller
With this film, Joe Wright signs an original work thought as a purely cinematographic experience, without drawing from another media. A perfect way to summarize a stated visual style director, capable of revisiting Pride and prejudices than to tackle more refined thrillers, tinged with espionage.
It is possible to go perfectly from one world to another, because Wright knows how to preserve the emotional journey of its protagonists, whatever their gender or their situation. He succeeded with Saoirse Ronan, who shows his star talent very early, making this film a cult jewel to rediscover.
Hanna was treated to a second life through a reboot series of the film which lasted three seasons. The cast consisted of Esme Creed-Miles, Mireille Enos, Joel Kinnaman, Dermot Mulroney or Ray Liotta.
