The next Evanescence album could appear from the start of 2026, according to Amy Lee: the singer evokes a spontaneous creative dynamic, nourished by recent collaborations and a series of significant singles.
A new album already under construction
In an interview with WDHA-FM 105.5Amy Lee announced that the future Evanescence album should see “probably at the start of next year”. The group has already worked in the studio with producer Nick Raskulinecz, especially for the recording of the song Afterlifeunveiled last March as part of the Netflix series Devil May Cry.
“I had a click: I have no time to waste, I want to do everything, now”says the singer. A renewed energy which is accompanied by a more instinctive approach: rather than waiting to finalize a complete album, Evanescence now opts for more spontaneous outings. “I love the idea of sharing fresh songs, while we are still in the process”she adds.
Recent titles before returning to long format
Since the start of the year, the group has unveiled several unpublished songs. After Afterlifeco -written with Alex Seaver (Mako), Evanescence released the single Fight Like A Girlin duet with K.Flay, for the soundtrack of the film Ballerinaspin-off de John Wick. Amy Lee also joined Halsey on stage to interpret Hand That Feedsanother title from this same BO.
Always very committed, the singer also took part in the “No Kings” mobilization day in the United States. She was seen in Nashville during a rally against the authoritarian drifts of the Trump government, thus pursuing a tradition of commitment dear to the group.
At the same time, Evanescence continues its world tour, with several dates planned this fall alongside My Chemical Romance and Metallica. Amy Lee promises “fun, punctual and inspiring” concerts, pending the release of the next album, announced for early 2026.
